Suggestions for programmes

Day 1 - Arrival...
13H50 : Arrival at Biarritz Parme international airport.
14H – Cocktail at the Phare de Biarritz. Enjoy the exceptional panorama on the ocean, Biarritz, the Côte Basque, the mountains and the Spanish coast in the distance…
15H – Check into the hotel of your choice, in the town centre. Walk to the Casino Municipal, one of the three congress centres in Biarritz.
16H – Meeting at the Casino Municipal, in conference rooms with state-of-the-art equipment and ocean view
20H- Basque evening: in the charming village of Arcangues, demonstration of Force Basque (traditional rural games).
Try your hand at pelote basque! Drinks and traditional Basque dinner served in a festive atmosphere, accompanied by a Basque choir

 

  Day 2 - Rally in the hinterland...
Off for a triathlon Rally:
- Four-wheel drive: raid in four-wheel drive cars, by team, on the smugglers' trails and scenic tracks.
- Mountain bike: orienteering race in the amazing countryside of the hinterland.
- Hiking: Theme walk 'Discover the legends of the Pays Basque'.
13H – Lunch in a venta, an authentic Basque farm-house on the Franco-Spanish border.
14H30 -  Rafting. Clear the rapids of the lovely Nive river - guaranteed adrenaline rush! Prestige evening: awards and gourmet dinner at the Hôtel du Palais, one of the leading hotels of the world, the former imperial residence of Napoleon III and the Empress Eugénie overlooking the Grande Plage of Biarritz.

 

  Day 3 - Relaxing day ...
9H – Choose an activity between:
- Golf: Initiation or perfecting course at the International Training Centre of Ilbarritz
 - Thalassotherapy: delightfully relaxing sea-water based treatments and massages.
- Surf: initiation on the most famous spot in Europe.
- Cooking: Class in traditional cuisine to learn the secrets of Basque gastronomy!
13H – Free time for lunch break
15H – Helicopter flight
20H – Evening at the Musée de la Mer: cocktail-buffet, surrounded by the aquariums and exhibits of this magnificent Art Déco building facing the ocean.

Day 4 - Visit and discovery
9H -Guided tour of the town's various sites and monuments. (Musée Asiatica, Chapelle Impériale, Musée du Chocolat, Musée Historique, lighthouse, tourist train)
11H - Free time for shopping and walking around town.
12H - Meet at Les Halles, the covered market of Biarritz, for a quick brunch
13H - Time to leave…
